Delivery Timeframes
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of confirmed payment. Delivery times below are estimates from dispatch.

How Shipping Works
Order Placed
You place your order and payment is confirmed. You receive an order confirmation email immediately.
Processing
We pick, pack, and prepare your order within 1–3 business days. You'll get a dispatch notification.
Dispatched
Your order is handed to our courier. A tracking number is sent to your email so you can follow progress.
Delivered
Your order arrives at your delivery address. Risk passes to you on delivery.
Important Notes
Customs & Import Duties
Cross-border orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes on arrival. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our prices or delivery charges.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout. We cannot redirect parcels once dispatched. Re-shipping costs for failed deliveries due to an incorrect address are at your expense.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Failed Delivery
If delivery is unsuccessful, the courier will attempt re-delivery or leave a collection card. Uncollected parcels returned to us will incur a re-shipping fee.
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date (UK) or 45 days (international), contact us and we'll investigate with the courier.
