As we expand our operations and customer base in Nigeria, we are looking for reliable, sincere, energetic, and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our growing team in Lagos.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:
Promoting and marketing Teklofts products to individuals, businesses, organisations, and potential customers. Identifying new sales opportunities and generating qualified leads. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers. Approaching and visiting potential customers, businesses, and organisations where necessary. Following up on leads and converting prospects into customers. Securing individual, corporate, and bulk orders. Identifying opportunities for corporate and institutional sales. Working towards agreed sales targets. Providing regular reports on sales activities, leads, and customer feedback. Representing Teklofts professionally and protecting the reputation of the brand.
COMMISSION & INCENTIVES
Teklofts operates a performance-based commission structure designed to reward sales performance and encourage long-term growth.
15% Commission – 15 Units
A Sales Representative will be eligible for a 15% commission upon achieving sales of 15 product units, in accordance with the company's commission structure.
10% Commission – Three-Month Review
If, after three months, the Sales Representative has not achieved the 15-unit target, the representative will receive a 10% commission on the qualifying products sold during that period.
20% Commission – Bulk Sales
Sales Representatives who successfully secure a bulk order of 100 units or more will earn a 20% commission on the qualifying bulk sale.
MARKETING SUPPORT
To help our Sales Representatives generate leads and increase sales, Teklofts may provide advertising campaign support for approved marketing activities.
Advertising support will be subject to company approval, campaign objectives, and applicable company guidelines.
REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for candidates who are:
Based in Lagos, Nigeria. Honest, reliable, sincere, and trustworthy. Confident and professional in communicating with customers. Passionate about sales, marketing, and customer service. Self-motivated, ambitious, and target-driven. Able to work independently and take initiative. Comfortable approaching individuals, businesses, and organisations. Able to identify and develop new business opportunities. Interested in technology, gadgets, lifestyle products, or related industries. Previous sales or marketing experience is an advantage but not compulsory.
