How to Start a Return

Follow these four steps — the whole process takes under 2 minutes.

Email us your return request

Send an email to info@teklofts.com with the subject line:

Return Request — #[Your Order Number]

Include your name, order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason.

Receive your RMA number

We'll reply within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and return address. Do not send items back without an RMA number — they may be refused.

Pack and post the item

Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible), write the RMA number clearly on the outside, and use a tracked postal service. Keep your proof of postage — we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Receive your refund

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's done.

  • All original packaging, accessories, and manuals included
  • Items returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) provided
  • Faulty or damaged items — any time during warranty

What cannot be returned

  • Used, activated, or registered items
  • Products with broken or removed seals
  • Digital downloads or revealed licence keys
  • Personalised or custom-configured items
  • Opened hygiene or personal-use items (earbuds, etc.)
  • Items returned after the 14-day window

UK Customers — Your Statutory Rights

As a UK consumer you have a 14-day right to cancel any distance purchase under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 — no reason needed. This is in addition to our standard returns policy. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. These statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

Common Questions

How long does a return take end-to-end?

Typically 7–14 days: 2–5 days for your item to reach us, then 5–10 business days for us to process the refund, plus 3–5 days for your bank.

Who pays return shipping?

You cover return shipping for standard change-of-mind returns. We cover it if the item is faulty, damaged, or we sent you the wrong product.

Can I exchange instead of getting a refund?

Yes — mention in your return request email that you'd prefer an exchange and specify the item you want. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

I lost my original packaging. Can I still return?

Original packaging is required for standard returns. For faulty items we are more flexible — contact us and we'll advise on the best packaging option.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

Email info@teklofts.com within 48 hours with photos of the damage and your order number. We'll sort a replacement or refund immediately.

Can I return an item bought as a gift?

Yes — the return must be initiated by the original purchaser (account holder) with the original order number. Refunds go to the original payment method.
